Xbox One X crashes and turns off completely when crates are opened

I have the exact same issue. Hard crash when opening crates.

@bioroid I returned by Xbox One X, perhaps you should do the same. If less than 30 days old of course, or at least report directly to Microsoft.

    I've had it since day one. This is the only game that I have had crash on me, though, so I hesitate to think that the problem is with the system.

      Same with me.  Day one Project Scorpio Xbox One X owner.  This always crashes every time its about to reveal the crate contents.  Maybe they didn't test that part on the Xbox One X and it crashes the system hard.  Every time.  EA will blame the hardware, MS will blame the game.  They need to work together to solve this problem.

        I just went into the game OPTIONS and turned off some of the effects and it didn't crash when I got another crate. Will see if it crashes tomorrow morning on the daily crate. Maybe the graphics option values got corrupted and it blew out the shader.
