Xbox One X crashes and turns off completely when crates are opened

I hadn't played the game in a while but jumped back in a couple of weeks ago. Am experiencing the shut-off on my Xbox One X also, every time I open a crate.

Hey everyone,

If you're still experiences crashes when opening crates please reply back with the following:

  • Gamertag
  • Specific crate that is causing it to crash
  • Are you part of the Xbox Preview Program?
  • Xbox Console type (X, S, Original)
  • Have you attempted a reinstall? (Y/N)
