Summarize your bug My Xbox One X is shutting off in the middle of my games whenever I use General Grievous’ Unrelenting Advance ability. It happens more frequent with General Grievous’ abilities but it has happened with other characters. Please note that this does not happen with any other games I play and I have owned Battlefront 2 for 2 years and this did not start happening until a couple of months ago.

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 12:00 PM
In what game mode did the bug occur? Hero Showdown
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This apparently doesn’t happen to everyone but there have been multiple reports online of the same thing happening.
What happens when the bug occurs? As soon as I activate an ability my console shuts completely off. When I boot my console back up I get a message saying it overheated and to make sure ventilation is clear which I keep my room cool and I keep my Xbox on a cool glass surface with nothing around it and plenty of space to vent.
What do you expect to see? The issue resolved.
