XBox Series X can't play any online content

I'm on the xbox series x, using ultimate game pass. Just starting today, when I try to click in any multiplayer mode, I can see that my button press was input, but there is no response. So the screen flashes because I pressed the button but there is no other response from the game. I can play other EA games online no problem and I am connected to the EA servers when I attempt this. Thanks for any help.

Hey @Snubster121 Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps.

    How to power cycle:

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
    3. Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    4. Plug the console power cable back in.
    5. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    Thanks!

  • I've noticed a lot of issues with EA games on xbox series x since the weekend.. Maybe before. Today I'm unable to play BF2.. Games never load. Initially on opening the game the splash screens appear and I press A to continue.... Just a black screen... Eventually I press A again and the game loads... Goto multiplayer game... Starts to load... Gets stuck and I have to quit the game.

I say EA games as I can't play Pvz neighborville either for similar issues... I think EA servers have an issue for xbox series x... Maybe its on the Microsoft side but something needs to be done
