Same issue on PS4 and this bug seems to be persistent. It’s still there update after update. I think devs must go crazy trying to fix it again and again... I hope they’ll find a solution someday, good luck to them. 🤞

Has been happening for quite some time. I still couldn't find a specific pattern to this issue. It's high in priority in my testing list
