@Me_mumblecakeYou'd imagine CM's should be proficient at providing this kind of information, instead of making it a treasure hunt no one wanted or asked for nor enjoys.
I would imagine that goes with the job description, this feels... amateurish? No offense meant, but clearly something needs to be overhauled about their way of working or someone who knows how to actually manage coms should oversee this.

Don't shoot the messenger. The question was what was meant with v1.3 and v1.4 which I explained to the best of my knowledge. Subsequently the question was raised where I had this information from which I also answered to the best of my ability. I did in no way voice my opinion on whether I thought those were the right communication channels to be used by the CMs 🙂

@Darkangle2000now I also notice that even though this is "EA Answers HQ" most of the info we end up getting comes from Reddit.
They maintain a better presence there than they do on their own forums lol, go figure...
