    @KikkoAndMoonmanI just fixed it, but thanks for the advice. What I did was push the one ball left in the room into the corner by the switch to lower the door. Then I force pushed it against the wall to make it go into the air, immediately force slowed it then alternated push and slow. I was able to get it high enough to get onto the switch.

@3llac0rg1I wish I looked for the answer sooner. I tried what I could to unstuck them, in the end I went past the orbs and tried to push them out the way they came in. Hilariously, I succeeded with one, but the other stayed stuck at the entrance. So currently the tunnel is high enough only for one orb, the other one is free. The stupid part is, I can't get out, because there are like 40 cm left on the exit, and rolling and other stuff can't get me through. Anyone knows of a way to do a character unstuck?

Neverminf, after quiting the game, and choosing to continue my story, it got reset 🙂
