[PC] Jedi Fallen Order: Performance issues (FPS drops + stuttering)

Summarize your bug I get a lot of FPS drops and stuttering in game. The problem is highly reproducible: when I enter a new area in a level, I get the FPS drops and stutter. When I go to the same place again, same problem. It happens whatever the graphics settings. I get it in 1440p full epic BUT ALSO in 720p full medium.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Walk through a level, and when entering a new "area", or zone, it happens. For exemple, it happens a lot in Bogano (2nd world), at exactly the same place. It happens also in the first level (Bracca), at the beginning of the game, at the end of the first long slide. Two pictures are attached showing two examples (among many !) of the exact place where it is happenning everytime I got to this place.
What happens when the bug occurs? Frame rate drops a lot for a few seconds, and then goes back to normal.
What do you expect to see? No frame rate drops, stable performance everywhere.
My computer is not the problem. I can play Star Wars Battlefront in 1440p full ultra at a stable 60 FPS. My build: Ryzen 5 2600, Vega 64, 16 Go RAM, Game is on a SSD
I am not overclocking my GPU nor my CPU.
People with much better builds have the same issue.
Believe me, I have tried everything I found on the internet. I have spent more than 10h in game just testing and testing... another 10h more just searching on the internet. This is not a technical issue, this is why I consider it as a bug. The fact that even at the lowest possible graphics settings I get the performance issue tells me it is a problem from the game (so a bug), not from my computer.

Your game looks fantastic, I want to play it without immersion breaking bugs. Please provide a performance patch 🙂 !
