A Galaxy Far, Far Away Trophy Glitched

Summarize your bug I have completed all planets 100% and the trophy did not pop for me. I've visited every planet and checked BD's holomap like other user's have suggested, and triple checked every sub-area, yet everything says it is 100% explored. I've also completely filled the databank and collected all sense echos. I've even had a friend who has got the trophy check my save, and he confirmed that everything was 100% completed.
