Account Underage
I'm a Dad whose son created an origin account for me. (Accidentally making it underage and in his name even though i use it). After sending multiple emails there has been no response from EA even though i have ID to prove it. This is my last resort to where my son created another account for me so I could try and ask everyone else for some help. Please reply ASAP
@@KayosIllusionz Hey, if you play just on PC, you can update your Date of Birth using the steps here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-change-your-origin-id/
Generally for account issues you'll want to have a live contact. If you try setting your product as Origin and your issue as account-related, you should get the appropriate contact option.
However hopefully that won't be needed, as the D.O.B. can be manually changed.
