Achievements not unlocking in star wars battlefront

In the last two hours I did the requirements for two achievements in star wars battlefront on xbox one. 

I should have gotten the "Great shot, kid!" achievement which involves shooting an enemy who is using the jump pack

I should also have gotten the "That got him!" achievement which involves using the tow cable to down an AT-AT in walker assault. 

I recorded the two moments where I clearly meet the requirements. 

 EDIT: Seems as though I cannot get achievements for other xbox one game titles. I am in the process of contacting xbox support
