I agree with your comments. I am finding this game has a lot more tactical and strategic elements then I originally thought. I treat this game like a 5 a side sport - so you have dedicated defensive and offensive roles. You could also go deeper and look at Flight Teams and Captain / Squadron Leader which we have done.
