Allow Xbox Controllers to bind "Maximize Power" instead of only "Power to"

Made a mention of this to Charlemagne but here goes.  Actually have some feedback that I was wondering if we could forward to the dev team.  Would it be possible to allow an Xbox controller to bind...

I think the Devs did a great job of letting us bind buttons to whatever we want, but I still think there are more unexplored options that weren't included and this is one of them. Hope they look into it!
