Already linked but won't let me in

I got Battlefield V and I am trying to link my EA account to it. But when I put in my information I get a notice saying: Your accounts can't be linked because the EA account for [my email] is alread...

    Hi there, @GrandIllusion8.

    The easiest option is to play on the PSN ID that is linked to your EA account. You can also try playing on a different account. It might be possible to unlink your account and link it again to the PSN ID you wish to play on, but this also deletes all progress on all EA games. It would be best to contact an advisor for assistance. That can be done by messaging @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They'll look into this for you. Thanks!
