Anti cheat doesnt trust joystick system file
Hello everyone,
I would like to play with my Logitech Phantom Hawk Joystick.
Without the joystick plugged in the game does opperate.
However the game doesnt start when it's plugged in.
After hitting start the loading screen appears. The progress bar fills up and the window closes again. Now instead of launching the game an Anti Cheat error message appears.
It says: Untrusted System file (C:\Program Files(x86)\USB_Vibration\PHANTOM HAWK\EZFRD64.dll)
So it seems to me that EAC doesn't trust this file.
I already contacted EA and tried to contact EAC but they couldn't help me or their support page didn't work.
I also did these steps: (suggested here: https://www.easy.ac/en-us/support/game/issues/errors/)
-Scanning for corrupted files via sfc /scannow
-Updating Windows
-Reinstalling Anti Cheat and the Joystick driver
Does anyone also have this problem?
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I think i figurerd out how to deal with this problem:
1.Rename the file to get the game to run with a joystick attached.
2.To use every button on the joystick and get the right descriptions install vjoy and joystick gremlin and create a virtual joystick which uses physical input to function.
Remaining problems:
1.Since yesterday evening my game crashes randomly
2.The physical inpupt is still recognized by the game which leads sometimes to sudden unusability of the joystick in the game
