This is confirmed fixed and looks great now!
Same problem here on valve index, everything is set up on ultra and max up, supersampling 200%. Butter smooth and it is looking stunning inside the ship but outside it is blurry and the skybox is absolute garbage like n64 game make no sense compared to game like Elite dangerous, Eve Valkyrie.
Yup, this absolutely needs to be fixed. I doubt I'm even going to play--and quite possibly return. It might seem to be silly to some to reject a top-notch game "just because the stars look blurry" but 1. this is *STAR* wars, 2. its the very first thing you notice and can't stop noticing it, and 3. would you accept a top-notch brand new car that you just paid full price for--oh, except that it was delivered with a bad, splotchy paint job. NO. It really is a huge disappointment.

LOL This absolutely sums up this issue. The STARS in Star Wars are broken. Please fix.
Agreed. Please add a high res star field. It totally breaks immersion.
