Two weeks and still "under investigation"? Can we at least get an acknowledgment that this is confirmed & being worked on?
Same issue here. To me this and the Refresh Rate bug (causing stutters whenever the ship is pitching/yaw) are the top 2 VR issues. Both seem to apply to all PC VR players, and both kind of make it suck. 😕 Loving the game on my monitor, just wishing VR could get to a place where it is enjoyable; for some people VR is their main option, and it looks like many of them are getting refunds and stopping playing. I can't really blame them at this point, but would love to have them in the player base ASAP! 😉
100% agree. Get the refresh rate and blurry starfield issues fixed asap please. 1.2 doesn't seem to have addressed the two most critical issues.
Well, 1.2 is out and still no fix for stars in VR. I'm still waiting to play until this is resolved. ☹️
You're killing me EA. At this point I'd accept using a high resolution stock image. You could throw a high res background in at least temporarily for now, and then work on a fancy new one with proper 3D depth and visuals. Just please do something so we can enjoy this damn game.
I'm hosting a VR party this weekend for people to all try out the new Pimax 8KX headset. I'm honestly ashamed to show them this game in its current state with those damn stars looking like something from the N64. Please just think of people with high resolution VR hardware.
