Hi guys, after the Gameplay Trailer, I am even more Interested in this game. When is the next date for more news to be given with regards to PVP Multiplayer and Coop Multiplayer?
Can someone sum up what is known Officially for now with Regards to Multiplayer, thanks.
@ReposterI believe what we know so far regarding multiplayer is:
There will be 2 modes - dogfight and fleet battles.
Dogfight will be a 5v5 mode and it does not appear this can be played with AI (no AI component has been mentioned so far).
Fleet Mode is a 3 stage game mode where teams are attempting to complete objectives at each stage. This mode can be played cooperatively vs. the AI. It is not clear at this time if it can be played entirely solo (the game play video mentions solo but it may be referring to the ability to queue as as an individual and be paired with other players for coop).
In both modes, you get a chance to discuss with your team what load out each player intends to use before the match.
I love this place, it's great, a cup of coffee, listen "wake me up" and play bob the robber on hudgames is not blocked on hudgames
I think the best coop element would be copilot or gunner coop. even turret positions on capital ships just to open up player count on some more game modes. Im thinking to be the droid in the ship operations and do all the toggle work for players that just want to pilot. this would work on most systems with a second player controller.All this can also be realized if there was a higher class heavy ship like the two already in play or others that can be introduced.
