At Bogano the spaceship door should be open after template quest

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Stuck in Bogano. Space ship door not open to welcome me back after Bogano temple quest. I have already done this part, but Iam not sure if is due to EPIC + Origin synching issues, when I continue quest, I was brought back to the temple cave entrance in Bogano . I didn't have to do the challenges again though, but once returned to the ship the door was closed as you can see from the attachment image.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? see attached image please
What happens when the bug occurs? the door is closed
What do you expect to see? the spaceship door opened

    look for the wall with red writing's not very far from where the ship is and there is a brown door. go there and see the short cinematic then the door opens. walk through there and after back to the ship and the ship door will open. You need to do that in order for the game to proceed. Hope this helps.
