Fixed! The Ion cannon is now working properly in Dogfight again! Consider me happy cruisin Esseles in my sweet bomber =)

i got the same issue. I want to use this ion canon on my y-wing but there is no effect. activate the ion cannon but there is no shoot.

I used it all the time until it got broke and you didnt have to hold down the button to fire. I will try that out, but as described above, the cannon doesnt even appear in game ever since the last patch on oct 15. All my friends got the same issue =/
So I tried holding down the button but as expected it didnt change anything. Again I can confirm in Practice Mode the Cannon works as just fine, but in PVP this is a dead slot atm.
Could anybody else please check this out? Every one of my friends who tried the cannon has the same problem as me. If the cannon is working for everyone else out there I'd be really confused, or maybe it's just that noone uses it at all.
