Bad connection to server, Lag spikes up to 1000m/s every few minutes

Still no feedback on this months old  issue. Ran network performance overlay during game  spikes every few minutes, usually when another player attacks you, locks up then you die .ping sits at a cons...

why is this issue being ignored? £100 on a game that isn't fit for purpose. fobbed off constantly with port forwarding and " it's your connection" no, it's not.

It's even spiking on the menu and freezing. doesn't happen on any other game
