I have Star Wars Battlefront for Playstation 4 and the lag needs fixing!
Every single match is Bad Connection.
As a paying EA Customer I expect a outstanding connection for the best experiance for all players.
I have tried everything possible from changing router channel, Opening Port Forward, Using TCP & UDP etc and resetting the box.
So this must be a error on EA's end.
I am from the United Kingdom.
Maybe a connection fix would be helpful.

I am really sorry for those connection troubles.
When have you first encountered this issue? Have you tried to connect your console and router with wire? Do you have any other device, connected with your router? Have you tried to change your matchmaking region?

This is not our internet. This is your servers at EA.
I have checked all devices, I have tried different machmaking, i even tried ethernet cable.
This is something that you guys have down your end.. its high traffic, low fps and slow performance on multiplayer.
Every other game online does not effect me but Star Wars Battlefront is the only issue here.
Have a good read at other players feedback on the forums, They are having the same issue here and you will understand its not us.
We hope you can fix this!

I see why you are frustrated and I am only trying to help you with those connection issues. I guess you have already tried to open your TCP ports? Disconnected all the other devices form your router? Can you try to play the game with another account on your console? So we can rule out any particular account related issues?

I know you are trying to help but i have tried all of these methods you are giving me.
The players are saying that is EA servers that are causing the problem.
Whenever you play multiplayer there is a lot of traffic and its causing the server to lag & The frame rate goes through the roof.

I dont understand how EA says "Oh looks fine up here, Check your internet" when all the players say their connection is good and having no problems.
This issue needs to be addressed to the guys that updates battlefront or get this message across to the Boss at EA and get the servers fixed.
I am not a happy customer ☹️
