Base Command account and credits reset after starting Battlefront

A few weeks ago I created/connected my EA account, logging in with my e-mail address, to Base Command and played many, many sieges, knowing I'd be picking up Battlefront on Black Friday-ish. I racked up just over 10,000 credits. My EA moniker was (is?) chezhades. Tonight I open Battlefront, log into EA using my e-mail address and password as prompted, and am shown to be logged in to EA as "la_cuna", my PSN ID. I open Base Command on my laptop and am still logged in as chezhades. Thinking it must be some kind of mistake, I logged out of Base Command on my laptop and logged back in, using my e-mail address and password (as usual). Only now my ID shows up as la_cuna, even including my PSN icon, and 0 credits. I don't really like the idea of starting from scratch. Please help.
