Persistent Issues with Star Wars Jedi: Survivor

So I have the PS4 Version of the game on a PS5 console but I am encountering persistent issues with the game from crashing constantly to other game breaking glitches suck as going out of bounds and getting stuck in areas I cannot leave, causing the loss of progress and the prevention of achievement gaining, is there any workaround for any of the issues in the game, if not then the game needs a MASSIVE patch update because these issues are super annoying
