Using the same e-mail does not link them. The steps to properly link the accounts I will post below.
Here are the steps needed to link your Xbox Live Gamertag (Or PSN ID) to your Origin Account:
1. Open the Origin Client and click the "Friends" button in the top right corner (If you do not have the Origin Client downloaded, you can do so here)
2. Click "Add a Friend"
3. Inside this menu, you will see the option to connect to your Xbox Live Gamer Tag (Or PSN ID)
I wish ea offered customer service support over the phone. Oh well. Guess I don't get access to all of the features despite paying full price for everything before release.

At that time they suggested i wait for the next update. I have now Waite several updates but the issue continues.Well then your only option left is to get in contact with an EA Game Adviser @ http://help.ea.com and have them sort it out for you. They may be able to find what account it is linked to.
