Base Command and iPhone App issues

Currently I am unable to log into the app on iPhone or the website on my computer to play base command. It just stays at connecting... forever

    Hello @connorsulli 

    Have you tried to reinstall the app after restarting your iPhone? Can you also try to use alternative Internet connection to test the app? What region are you in? Keep us posted.

     I have tried reinstalling that doesn't work, my internet is flawless and I've tried on multiple connections. In UNITED STATES.

    I am really sorry those troubleshooting steps failed to fix this issue. Currently I would suggest you to get in touch with EA Advisors directly, since this issue might be your account related. Keep us posted.

    The Star Wars battlefront companion app isn't letting me to sign in either, I get a red bar with an error message saying "sorry, an error occurred, please try again later".

    It's been like this for 3-4 days now. I've tried resetting my password, clearing my cache data, reinstalled the app... same issue. I've even tried going on the companion website link. The same error message keeps on popping up on here too.
