Have you tried to reinstall the app after restarting your iPhone? Can you also try to use alternative Internet connection to test the app? What region are you in? Keep us posted.

I have tried reinstalling that doesn't work, my internet is flawless and I've tried on multiple connections. In UNITED STATES.
