If not can you try closing down your sytem and restarting. You might also want to restore licenses.

Seems I have the same problem, but cant see the Jakku-download (PC)..
Community Admin@Big_Fat_Jay Hmmm, your situation looks a little unusual. Can you close Origin fully then log back in. Click the Battlefront panel then the "i" button and scroll down, and see if you can download the Jakku content.

@6295884 Your account doesn't show a Jakku pre-order code. It's worth noting that this is separate and distinct from the season pass.

Where is my code?
Digital – If you pre-ordered digitally, no code is necessary. Once the DLC is live, you’ll just need to download and install.
Physical – 3rd party Online Retailers – Check your email inbox for an email from your retailer with your pre-order Early Access to the Battle of Jakku DLC code.
Physical – Brick and Mortar – NA – You’ll want to check your receipt from the retailer for your pre-order Early Access Battle of Jakku DLC code.
Physical – Brick & Mortar – Outside of North America – The code should come on a leaflet in the game box.
