Battle of Jakku code?

Hi @EA_Dave I have a question, I pre-order Star Wars Battlefront 3 with the PlayStation 4 bundle along with it and I recently redeem my code for "Battle of Jakku" but for some reason it won't let me play it or download it. all it said is "You are trying to play game content that you do not own or do not have access to at this time. can you please help me with this situation?

@Sunsetclown94 did it specifically say that it was for early access to Battle of Jakku on the 1st? If so, try going to the store page and seeing if you can download the content.

I am having the exact same problem, but what about Xbox one

No it doesn't let me download it at all. it just says to early to access or do not own it.

I need to reiterate that you need to have pre-ordered and received a pre-order code explicitly giving Early Access on the 1st. 

If you do not have the code, contact your retailer.

Where is my code?
Digital – If you pre-ordered digitally, no code is necessary. Once the DLC is live, you’ll just need to download and install.
Physical – 3rd party Online Retailers – Check your email inbox for an email from your retailer with your pre-order Early Access to the Battle of Jakku DLC code.
Physical – Brick and Mortar – NA – You’ll want to check your receipt from the retailer for your pre-order Early Access Battle of Jakku DLC code.
Physical – Brick & Mortar – Outside of North America – The code should come on a leaflet in the game box.
