Battle of Jakku DLC (PS4) Problems and the EA "agent" run around...
I've had this game since day 1... US region, "Deluxe Edition" disc version for PS4. I've purchased the Season Pass and every available DLC the game has had available. The Battle of Jakku is not listed anywhere, which is suprising because I remember it was an option when I first got the game. It said it was coming soon, if I recall correctly. I recently returned to the game to check out the first real DLC from the season pass, and hopefully try Jakku for the first time, but like I previously stated, it's nowhere to be found.
I have searched message boards to no avail... I have contacted "EA Support" and have only been given the run around for almost a week now. Different "agents" are just basically repeating what the last one said, and not being of any help what so ever. The first "agent" contacted me stating that a DLC code would be "provided" to me if his steps did not work... they did not.
I am left baffled as to how a company like EA and a franchise like Star Wars could be linked to such unprofessional practices? The last 2 "agents" have "closed the case" without resolving it. I want a refund for the game and all DLC if this isn't resolved. I was never given what I paid for, and am now being subjected to trickery from customer support "agents". I mean, seriously... promising me a code, then closing the case without any resolution? Basically a link to HERE where EA expects YOU to help me. This is ridiculous.
No, it is simply integrated into the map rotations now, there is no separate list like before. If you go to a mode, such as Fighter Squadron and press Square, this will bring up the individual maps for you to join a specific one. The Battle of Jakku map is called Graveyard of Giants.
