Community Admin@SneakyPlums79 Can you try restarting your machine fully, to start? Not just going to rest mode.
If the issue persists it might be time to redownload the content.

I am sitting at the load screen for the new map and the new game type (turning point) and have restarted my console and the problem still persists. What do I do?- I even re-downloaded the content
Exactly same issue. I even re-downloaded whole game including Battlefront, 1.03 update and Jakku maps and still when I want to enter Jakku maps/mode , it just keeps loading and nothing happens.

This problem is also available on reddit and many consumers are suffering...i have the same problem and trust me when i tell you after you pay for the game, it reopens your library and then you find the expansion list, i hover over it ...right click it, no download button! just says available december 1st and is greyed out, i have like ten confirmations in email saying i bought this game.. oh and run in admin does nothing, same here reinstalled and everything
for me jakku download doesnt even say loading, it has the loading indication pop up for a split second then disapear

Actually to summarise my problem:
I have 2 PSN accounts.
1 US (United States) PSN account (has no PSN PLUS) (primary on my console)
1 TR (Turkey) PSN account ( HAS PSN PLUS MEMBERSHIP) (primary on my console)
So, I bought the game with my US PSN Account.
I choose to play with my TR Account because that's the account I collect my trophies. Even if I can play with my US account (via PSN PLUS is shared to the primary accounts on a console), i choose not to!
It was all good till the Battle of Jakku DLC came online.
When the game warned me about this new content I was logged in with my TR account and wanted to download it but PSN STORE had the warning "This Content is not available for now".
Then I logged back in with my US account, and directly went to the store and manually downloaded the DLC from US PSN STORE.
It was installed and when I logged back with my TR account, I realised that, new maps wont load. First I thought it was because I bought it from US PSN STORE and want to play with my TR account.
I relogged with my US account but nothing changed. Still stuck on loading screen.
So far I have re installed the game for 3 times, but didnt get it working. I am glad that I didn't buy the Season pass yet.
Tried to communicate with EA Help, I already have a case open there, but got no solution.
The reason why I tried to explain everything step by step is I have enough with this nonsense.
I want a solid solution or an answer.
I loved the game too much, so if the only problem is to use a US PSN ACCOUNT, I want EA to refund my US account so I can buy the game with my TR account...
I couldn't get in touch with EA help service right now, so I thought I could get a response from here.

same problem here. if I try to load turning point, the game crashes.
trying to load the new survival on hoth > endless loading until the game crashes
running very high end hardware
4790k, 16GB, 2x980TI
doing a repair install of the game fixed it for me!
