Community Admin@SneakyPlums79 Can you try restarting your machine fully, to start? Not just going to rest mode.
If the issue persists it might be time to redownload the content.

I am sitting at the load screen for the new map and the new game type (turning point) and have restarted my console and the problem still persists. What do I do?

Exactly same issue. I even re-downloaded whole game including Battlefront, 1.03 update and Jakku maps and still when I want to enter Jakku maps/mode , it just keeps loading and nothing happens.
- When EA will take action this, redownloading etc doesnt work!!!
Loding screen keeps freezing!!! What a shame
