Exactly same issue. I even re-downloaded whole game including Battlefront, 1.03 update and Jakku maps and still when I want to enter Jakku maps/mode , it just keeps loading and nothing happens.

Thanks to everyone posting this. If you are encountering it can you post your system and whether you could play before, as well as any troubleshooting steps taken previously.
@MasterYoshiii Can you click Origin in the top left then Reload My Games then check again?
Can anyone on PS4 encountering this try renewing licenses and check again?http://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps4/settings/license.html

i had no problem whatsoever finding servers until jakku's release on dec 1st, it was always instant find on walker assault even at 11pm pacific time
now its an often and repeated occurrence that i dont find a server before 5% full, mostly later in the evening it will randomly find a server and it will be instantly found, so either your servers are shutting down sporadically or there running all the time and our machines cannot find you guys for some reason
the main issue i was positing about was the jakku download, after getting multiple purchase confirmations via email it still is greyed out with no option to download, thank you and please fix asap. the things i tried was reinstalling game and running as admin also upfated graphics card, i have no lag once in a server(except one time) and no graphical issues, i read about trying to open ports, but i cant find the proper settings to do so within my router webpage, im using telus internet in vancouver canada, but people should not be having to go and mess with ports for a game anyway. lol thanks again for trying

Hi David,
Unfortunately renewing licences didn't work. I have re-installed the game, restarted PS4.
Almost everything is done... I have psn from Indonesia(Asia), I can play all other maps but this mode is not working!
I can find a map, see the player list but still the map change icon at right hand side is rotating and map is not loading (I left it for 30 minutes for loading but even no error recieved)

@MasterYoshiii Please contact support, they should be able to investigate why your account won't take the Jakku DLC. I don't think this is releated to your tech, but your account.

@canksy Do you by any chance have a US copy of the main game? I suspect this issue is due to a mismatch in regional versions between the game and the DLC, but it's hard to be sure. If you try to "buy" the game for free from this link, does it help?
You may want to contact PSN support, perhaps they can directly intervene, but any info you can provide should help.

Apparently, any effort we make was unable to solve this problem.
At least can we have some information that EA Acknowledges this problem and it's being worked on?

I will ask moneyback for this game as we have DEFECTED product. May EA help on this?
