jedi: Fallen Order/survivor DirectX launching issues

I can't get into the game even thought i have the GPU and everything else to load in, i still can't launch them both. For Jedi: Fallen order it says "DX11 Feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine." Even though i have DX 12 which should be able run it. For Jedi: Survivor it says "DX12 is not supported on your system. Try Running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument." Which im really confused to do to fix it.

Jedi: Fallen Order:

Jedi: Survivor:

If u know what I can do, please reply and try to help me. If you need info about my computer, just ask in replies.

Hi there, thanks for sharing those error messages.

Since both Jedi: Fallen Order and Jedi: Survivor are reporting DirectX-related errors, we’ll need a little more information about your PC before we can narrow down what’s happening.

    Please attach a DxDiaghttps://help.ea.com/en/articles/technical-issues/dxdiag-information-pc/

If your PC has both integrated and dedicated graphics, you can also make sure the games are using the dedicated GPU by going to Windows Settings → System → Display → Graphics, selecting the game, and setting it to High performance. Windows allows you to choose the higher-performance GPU for individual games when multiple GPUs are available.

Once you attach the DxDiag, we can take a closer look at the system and see what’s causing the DirectX errors.
