Exactly same issue. I even re-downloaded whole game including Battlefront, 1.03 update and Jakku maps and still when I want to enter Jakku maps/mode , it just keeps loading and nothing happens.

@MasterYoshiii Can you click Origin in the top left then Reload My Games then check again?
Can anyone on PS4 encountering this try renewing licenses and check again?

i had no problem whatsoever finding servers until jakku's release on dec 1st, it was always instant find on walker assault even at 11pm pacific time
now its an often and repeated occurrence that i dont find a server before 5% full, mostly later in the evening it will randomly find a server and it will be instantly found, so either your servers are shutting down sporadically or there running all the time and our machines cannot find you guys for some reason
the main issue i was positing about was the jakku download, after getting multiple purchase confirmations via email it still is greyed out with no option to download, thank you and please fix asap. the things i tried was reinstalling game and running as admin also upfated graphics card, i have no lag once in a server(except one time) and no graphical issues, i read about trying to open ports, but i cant find the proper settings to do so within my router webpage, im using telus internet in vancouver canada, but people should not be having to go and mess with ports for a game anyway. lol thanks again for trying
here's the process i go through when i attempt to purchase again and download in screenshot, as you can see after clicking download the indication icon pops up briefly before disappearing into nothingness.

Unfortunately renewing licences didn't work. I have re-installed the game, restarted PS4.
Almost everything is done... I have psn from Indonesia(Asia), I can play all other maps but this mode is not working!
I can find a map, see the player list but still the map change icon at right hand side is rotating and map is not loading (I left it for 30 minutes for loading but even no error recieved)

@MasterYoshiii Please contact support, they should be able to investigate why your account won't take the Jakku DLC. I don't think this is releated to your tech, but your account.

@canksy Do you by any chance have a US copy of the main game? I suspect this issue is due to a mismatch in regional versions between the game and the DLC, but it's hard to be sure. If you try to "buy" the game for free from this link, does it help?
You may want to contact PSN support, perhaps they can directly intervene, but any info you can provide should help.

Livechat will be able to fix your problems regarding this issue, apparently origin is buggy sometimes,
they were able to log into my account on their end and purchase the game for me, for some reason it didnt want to work from my end

Reinstalled all contents, deleted save files.
Turned off. Plugged out.
Renewed licenses. Nothing worked.
Did you find any solutions?

I will ask moneyback for this game as we have DEFECTED product. May EA help on this?- This is just unbeliavable! Since the launch of Jakku we are not able to play and still no solution plus none from EA seems to care!
- I have a digital copy of Star Wars BF on PS4. I have renewed license, deleted and reinstalled, and reinitialized entire PS4 system with no improvement. I still get stuck at infinite loading screen on Jakku maps. When I delete and redownload, am I simply redownloading the same DLC files again? Accordingly, perhaps the DLC files are the issue. Is it possible to download the game from a different ''batch'' if such a thing exists?
