Community Admin@MasterYoshiii Please contact support, they should be able to investigate why your account won't take the Jakku DLC. I don't think this is releated to your tech, but your account.

@canksy Do you by any chance have a US copy of the main game? I suspect this issue is due to a mismatch in regional versions between the game and the DLC, but it's hard to be sure. If you try to "buy" the game for free from this link, does it help?
You may want to contact PSN support, perhaps they can directly intervene, but any info you can provide should help.
David it is still not loading. I have renewed the licenses and rebuilt the database. I even redownloaded the entire game and the battle of Jakku.
