Understand, but i don't think it is a region issue - as i got my PS4 in turkey and reşide in turkey as well. And purchased via PS Store.
Really strange (and frustrating)
I found something like this on the internet, but didn't have time to try it yet. So let me know if it Works out for you. There you go.
I would suggest you to perform some troubleshooting steps as follows:
"1. Please check if the System Software is up to date. Process On the Cross Media Bar go to: Settings -> System Software Update -> Update using the Internet Allow the PS4 search for system updates and apply any updates that it might find.
2. Make sure that the PlayStation ID is connected to the Origin Account.
3. Turn off the PlayStation fully, and disconnect the power cord and wait 7 seconds.

4.Make sure that the device and content is activated on the system.

8. Power cycle your PS4.
9. Power cycle your network router
10. Uninstall and reinstall the game.
