Battle of Jakku maps not loading

Thanks to everyone posting this. If you are encountering it can you post your system  and whether you could play before, as well as any troubleshooting steps taken previously. 

@MasterYoshiii Can you click Origin in the top left then Reload My Games then check again?

Can anyone on PS4 encountering this try renewing licenses and check again?

Apparently, any effort we make was unable to solve this problem.

At least can we have some information that EA Acknowledges this problem and it's being worked on?

    Guys is this problem known and cared by EA...? Its very sad that no one has a solution...
    I will ask moneyback for this game as we have DEFECTED product. May EA help on this?

      This is just unbeliavable! Since the launch of Jakku we are not able to play and still no solution plus none from EA seems to care!
