Apparently, any effort we make was unable to solve this problem.
At least can we have some information that EA Acknowledges this problem and it's being worked on?

You may be unable to play the content you have downloaded due to the fact that your account is UK and the copy of the game you have purchased was acquired in a different country.
Please contact the game developer to ascertain which region your game is.
So i know my game looks like region 2 as it says in the box and i play and download game in uk psn but still dont know whats wrong.

@Rosiel that is very unlikely as i have a digital copy purchase directly from PS Store.
There shouldn't be a regional mismatch if my machine wasn't imported from Uganda or something.
And if SONY is officially import and sell PS4 in Turkey from a location which is not supported by PS Store, than this is a true SCANDAL i would say.
Excuse of PS CS seems just silly.
