Actually to summarise my problem:
I have 2 PSN accounts.
1 US (United States) PSN account (has no PSN PLUS) (primary on my console)
1 TR (Turkey) PSN account ( HAS PSN PLUS MEMBERSHIP) (primary on my console)
So, I bought the game with my US PSN Account.
I choose to play with my TR Account because that's the account I collect my trophies. Even if I can play with my US account (via PSN PLUS is shared to the primary accounts on a console), i choose not to!
It was all good till the Battle of Jakku DLC came online.
When the game warned me about this new content I was logged in with my TR account and wanted to download it but PSN STORE had the warning "This Content is not available for now".
Then I logged back in with my US account, and directly went to the store and manually downloaded the DLC from US PSN STORE.
It was installed and when I logged back with my TR account, I realised that, new maps wont load. First I thought it was because I bought it from US PSN STORE and want to play with my TR account.
I relogged with my US account but nothing changed. Still stuck on loading screen.
So far I have re installed the game for 3 times, but didnt get it working. I am glad that I didn't buy the Season pass yet.
Tried to communicate with EA Help, I already have a case open there, but got no solution.
The reason why I tried to explain everything step by step is I have enough with this nonsense.
I want a solid solution or an answer.
I loved the game too much, so if the only problem is to use a US PSN ACCOUNT, I want EA to refund my US account so I can buy the game with my TR account...
I couldn't get in touch with EA help service right now, so I thought I could get a response from here.
Sorry for my bad English or the way that I tried to explain this is complex.

- Anonymous10 years agoThats just a racist approach from EA as they dont CARE a spesific region problem.
Can you imagine guys if this problem happend in another country like Germany or UK?
They would already release a patch or contact sony to solve it.
Nobody from EA Asked even a detailed information, screen or serial code etc...
I invite you to protest this sort of customer service approach which is totally discriminative and i invite you to send e mail to top level EA representatives.

The main issue is that, the problem is here for all to see. And this message is mine directly adresses to EA, hope they read and return to it.
Regional or something else, it is not a coincidence that we all have the same problem.
What i afraid is that EA and PS will throw this ball to each other, rather than concentrating a solution, which is apparently what is happening right now.
I think we all need a small, simple thing. We all need to know that EA acknowledged this problem, that teams are working on it, and we're expected to have a solution soon.
We simply deserve to know if we won't be able to PLAY BoJ or any other DLC which are planned for the future - for good / or a solution is on the way.
As frustrated people WHO bought this product, we need to know, and EA needs to answer.

we are waiting still for the solution while all EA employees are enjoying their xmas.
great job guys, this topic is the shame of your customer service and solution approach.
where is david? what happend to community managers of EA? everybody disappeared.
we want an answer from a technical contact and make sure this will be fixed soon.
EA doesn't even apologize for this failure.... you can't run away or silence by shutting down this topic

@EA_David i bought ps4 limited ed. Sw battlefront bundle from media markt in turkey because i like the game, i have turkish psn account, i downloaded the map from psn. I think i did everything right, however i cant play with the map. I can join lobby before start the match but game is not start. Is any progress from ea side? Is problem can be solved?
