Thats just a racist approach from EA as they dont CARE a spesific region problem.
Can you imagine guys if this problem happend in another country like Germany or UK?
They would already release a patch or contact sony to solve it.
Nobody from EA Asked even a detailed information, screen or serial code etc...
I invite you to protest this sort of customer service approach which is totally discriminative and i invite you to send e mail to top level EA representatives.

This has absolutely nothing to do with race or the color of one's skin. It has to do with being heard and customer service. Furthermore I am from the US.

where is david? what happend to community managers of EA? everybody disappeared.
