Didn't work for me either.
I strongly believe it occurs on Turkey purchases.
Anyone had any feedback from Sony regarding this?
Bought ps4 sw edition from turkey, installed jakku with the code from the game disc. Did all those geek stuff but no luck. Any workarounds yet?
