i had no problem whatsoever finding servers until jakku's release on dec 1st, it was always instant find on walker assault even at 11pm pacific time
now its an often and repeated occurrence that i dont find a server before 5% full, mostly later in the evening it will randomly find a server and it will be instantly found, so either your servers are shutting down sporadically or there running all the time and our machines cannot find you guys for some reason
the main issue i was positing about was the jakku download, after getting multiple purchase confirmations via email it still is greyed out with no option to download, thank you and please fix asap. the things i tried was reinstalling game and running as admin also upfated graphics card, i have no lag once in a server(except one time) and no graphical issues, i read about trying to open ports, but i cant find the proper settings to do so within my router webpage, im using telus internet in vancouver canada, but people should not be having to go and mess with ports for a game anyway. lol thanks again for trying

We're quite a bunch of people here, then let's consolidate the outcome everyone has, and try to come to a conclusion?
Would very appreciate if everyone can write their experience with the EA or PS technical support on this issue, and the response they got from them?

- Anonymous10 years agoI have the same problem as i bought the game downloaded battle of jakku but its not working. Also game sometimes crashes after an online match finish.
I am based in turkey. As i read all the replies here, i see that EA doesnt care about this problem and dont give amy answers..

What we have so far according to user experiences who has the same issue:
- The issue is exist for the users who bought the game from PSN TR Store
- Extremely careless and uninterested approach of EA. Especially, considering the amount of affected users and defect product, unbeliviable.
- Don't buy the game from PSN TR Store since the most cheapest price amongst the all PSN Stores.
Conclusion: The game on the PSN TR Store is defected product. Do not buy it.

@alperoni i will object the condition that it only happens to people with at least 2 accounts. I only have a TR account and a TR purchased PS4.
It must be smt else.

Yes,
I also only own an account on PS4, and still does not.
I also will not buy more game on PSN BR.
It is a disregard for all players who are experiencing this problem.
and EA game are not even there or the opinion regarding the issue.
