Community Admin@bagaragan12 Can i check that you're in Turkey and bought a Turkish version of the game? Did you buy digitally or physically?
Have you reached out to PSN support? You mention having a UK account and a Turkish one, which one was the game bought on?
I have bought the game digitally from turkish psn.I dont have UK account.I talked with psn turkey.They told me that "We cant do anything about this issue please contact with the EA
