Community Admin@LasTM88 Your issue appears to be a separate one. If the issue is occurring on PC, please try repairing the game to start. Right-click the game panel to get this option.

Turkish users affected by this, did you all purchase from the PSN store? Was it the standard version?

@EA_David i bought the game physically, downloaded jakku from psn. my id is turkish and i am based in turkey..
- Thank you for looking into this. I was stationed in Japan and bought the game there on disc. The game came from the states im sure since it was bought in base. I am not able to see if it works right now because I am in transit back to the states where I will be stationed next. As soon as I get to my next base I will see if it is able to work.

@EA_David Thanks for your attention. I have purchased the standart game from PSN TR as well. Nothing special with the purchase.
The console was puchased in TR as well.
I must say this does not affect all Turkihs users, as i have friends playing BoJ maps without any problems.
I am unable to play BoJ since it's lauch so far - so it's been a while.
I have tried all outcome provided from various channels which i shared under this post as well - EA Customer Support etc. - but it doesn't work out.
Any thoughts on what the problem might be and how to fix it? And would appreciate your feedback on EA's acknowledgement and activity on the problem as thread has been active for quite a while as you can sell.
