Battle of Jakku maps not loading

Dear All,

I've downloaded the new update V1.04 (1,41GB size) now, and here comes a treat for thought for you.

I ran a droid run on Goazan badlands and it works just well.

But turning point is still not working (map graveyard of giants)

So it's all messed up now. 

Any thoughts?

I have a few more questions for affected Turkish users. 

Did you download the Jakku content by searching the store, or by going through the Related Items menu on the SWBF panel?

When you made the purchase was it digital? If so did you make the purchase via the web storefront or through the in-console store?

Did you pre-order or purchase after launch?

Can folks confirm the size of the install for the Jakku content on their machine (thanks dederuh)?

- I had a small problem on pre-order / after launch purchase. I pre-ordered the game via PSN iPhone App, all seemed good but i did not rvc any e-mails. Anyway, it didn't let me to download when the game launched. I checked the credit card and all, but the purchase was like never happened at all. So I needed to purchase again via console-store after launch and could not benefit from early Access when the countdown was over. The Purchase history stayed however, as it was my prev. purchase with EARLY ACCESS available. Screenshot enclosed.

- In console, I've made the purchase via home-screen guidance to the game, it automatically adressed me to Battlefront Purchase page.

I thought it was something small but this confusion may have smt to do with the problem (or maybe smt totally different i don't know)

- Not sure about the size, will check and adv.

hi, i bought swbf from turkish psn store after launch, during of january discount.

and i did download jakku dlc from turkish psn (related ingame link, and after directly store, and after downloaded uk psn)

on the other hand, last bf4 maps, operation outbreak and night operations

have same problem.  they are not loading.

problem was solved. jakku is on air!

Bought th PS4 from Turkey, Bought the game from turkish psn store, dowloaded the jakku addition from turkish psn store as well.

I have the same problem that all people here are having for the last 2 MONTHS! Jakku maps are not loading. infinite loading screen with yellow circle turning...

How do we return the game and get our money back?

nothing.. i did redownload jakku, and it's running.

yes people. @vvvHaRHaRYaSvvv is right. redownload the jakku map and it works. at last thank you @EA_David

How to redownload the content that it's already downloaded?

@alperoni when you on the main screen, there is the third line in battleship item, 'related items' and in it there is add ons. there you will see the download icon, it redownload and reinstall it. then it worked on mine..

i mean main screen is the ps main screen.. not in the game....

I've redownloaded the jakku update like 3 times. no change. I've removed everything and re downloaded all from scratch, no change. I have an official PS4 bought from Sony Turkey, Game bought from PSN Turkey, Update installed from PSN Turkey (through search 2 times, through game recommendations 1 time). there should be a fix released from EA. It's been months since the first post and i don't think that EA is working on this... Shame

Hey guys, recently found this forum.I have been experiencing the same issues with this map as all of you, and know how annoying it is. I attempted the solution a couple of pages earlier and actually had success!! So i wanted to put out how i did it step by step. (i bought the premium edition on psn)

1. delete all files from storage, including the online storage

2. Redownload the base game (do not download the deluxe edition content, season pass, or battle of jakku at the same time)

3. I played one round of walker assault and exited the match

4. Once on the main menu i went to the playstation home page (the application was still running) 

5. Redownload ONLY  the battle of jakku dlc( i saw no reason to download the deluxe edition content bc i have unlocked that stuff)

6. Once dlc is complete return to the application and try playing turning point (the first time i didnt find a match)

I hope this works for you guys i know it isnt an exact science. But i wanted to share just in case

Thank you for sharing your solution but in my case I don't have the deluxe version. I only have the normal version and I've tried deleting it redownloading it but no chance. I have a 75 gb quota in my ISP and my limits are dead. I had to buy an additional package. This problem, which EA is ignoring to bring any solution even cost me money...

So will we get a refund? the game hangs, no updates or even acknowledgment from ea. we've paid for this game and it is not working. it is a faulty good. what is the process for a refund?

I still have the problem. Juakku´s maps do not load. All others work fine.

I am in Brazil, PSN BR account from where the game was bought. 

And I have redownloaded all game and DLN today again, still not working...

@Fer_bt_8989 Have you clicked on the Jakku tab? You must do that in order to play Turning Point as well as have its maps included in the map rotation of other MP games.
