Hey guys, recently found this forum.I have been experiencing the same issues with this map as all of you, and know how annoying it is. I attempted the solution a couple of pages earlier and actually had success!! So i wanted to put out how i did it step by step. (i bought the premium edition on psn)
1. delete all files from storage, including the online storage
2. Redownload the base game (do not download the deluxe edition content, season pass, or battle of jakku at the same time)
3. I played one round of walker assault and exited the match
4. Once on the main menu i went to the playstation home page (the application was still running)
5. Redownload ONLY the battle of jakku dlc( i saw no reason to download the deluxe edition content bc i have unlocked that stuff)
6. Once dlc is complete return to the application and try playing turning point (the first time i didnt find a match)
I hope this works for you guys i know it isnt an exact science. But i wanted to share just in case
Thank you for sharing your solution but in my case I don't have the deluxe version. I only have the normal version and I've tried deleting it redownloading it but no chance. I have a 75 gb quota in my ISP and my limits are dead. I had to buy an additional package. This problem, which EA is ignoring to bring any solution even cost me money...
- I finally got mine to work but I had to initialize the whole system. Basically, took a few hours for the system to wipe itself back to stock and then I re-installed the game and then downloaded DLC again. I'm not in Japan anymore and did do this in the states so don't know if that will have made a difference. Even when I was in Japan and unable to play I was on an American IP address so there should have been no region compatibility issues.

So will we get a refund? the game hangs, no updates or even acknowledgment from ea. we've paid for this game and it is not working. it is a faulty good. what is the process for a refund?

I still have the problem. Juakku´s maps do not load. All others work fine.
I am in Brazil, PSN BR account from where the game was bought.
And I have redownloaded all game and DLN today again, still not working...
@Fer_bt_8989 Have you clicked on the Jakku tab? You must do that in order to play Turning Point as well as have its maps included in the map rotation of other MP games.

I am always able to choose a match but when the map is from the expansion pack, it freezes in the loading sreen. All other older maps work fine.

Welcome to the club. It's been months and ea didn't fix it. They don't accept this bug, effecting an entire country and many other individuals even exist. @Fer_bt_8989 Does it work now after the latest February update?
- Because the maps are no longer an expansion but an addition to the existing game, it works now. We will have the same problem on so called big March update because it will most likely be an expansion - additional package. So see you all in a few weeks in the related topic guys.
