I have been trying for the past two days to play Star Wars Battlefront on my Xbox One.
I have not been able to sign in to the online part of the game. I keep getting error message:
"You must be signed in to your EA account to access online features"
I have tried every solution on this site to get it to work as well as every possible thing chat support has asked me to.
Nothing has worked, I've seen other people on Answers HQ have this same issue but no one has really reported it fixed.
Has anyone found a solution for this? Things I have tried:
- Reset Game
- Reset Xbox
- Reset Internet
- Reset EA password
- Cleared Persistent storage
- Cleared MAC address settings
- Uninstall, Re-Install Game
- Activated Verification Sign In
- Unlinked my Xbox to EA account and Re-Linked
- Signed in to EA site using Xbox credentials
- Deleted and re-downloaded my gamertag
- Made the Xbox I'm playing on my home Xbox
Absolutely nothing has worked. Is this an issue that just goes away on it's own?
If anyone can help me and find a solution that would be appreciated.
This game is over 4 years old. You would think there would be a solution to this already -.-
If it matters, I am playing on an xbox one x, wireless, game is owned on disc, and only my gamertag is
the only one that cannot access the game, other gamertags on my console can. 😞
