One major issue I see in your DXdiag is that your R7 card only has 1GB of memory. This game's minimum specs requires a 2GB card.
@TapouTony420 the APU shares system memory as needed (which is likely also why the gpu's builtin ram is only ddr3). And if that were the problem, I wouldn't expect to be able to play for 40 minutes before it crashed, I'd expect it to lock up as soon as I launched the game, as other posters on this forum with discrete cards having < 2GB ram have seen.

Have you repaired the game? Right click Battlefront in Origin and select 'repair game'.

@Fred_vdp I tried repairing the game this evening after the first crash. I want to say it went for ~1hr, maybe a little over, before crashing again.
The biggest change I've seen was after upgrading the drivers to 16.1 and turning off the Origin in-game overlay. I can't control drivers, but perhaps there's something else trying to pop-up from the system tray or something that I don't see til after the crash. I'm going to try running it in windowed mode, see if I can observe anything different.

Add Origin's Achievement popups to the list of possible culprits.
After about an hour of windowed play (ew) I saw a popup in the corner for an Achievement... I have never seen these in fullscreen, although I apparently have like 8 of them in the game. I turned off all notifications from Origin, but there is no option to turn off Achievement pop-ups. I went back into full-screen, and in the middle of a fairly outstanding round of Fighter Squadron it crashed again.
If anyone knows how to disable these please let me know.
