Battlefront for PS4 will not download

So, we got my son a PS4 for Xmas. Set it up with PSN accounts and setup PS Plus too. Went to redeem the Battlefront redemption code. It looked like it worked but when we went to the Library section to download it it showed a discounted price. $40 and change! Not much of  discount considering it was supposed to be included with the console. When I press the But button I get a message "We're sorry, this product cannot be purchased at this time (WC-40360-3)" I have tried rebooting the PS4. Not sure what to do now... Anyone having similar issues?
